This is a great place to stay. Staff is efficient, friendly, and supportive. Minor problem was the electricity in the first room. 4 sockets on the wall by the desk kept tripping when a device was plugged in. The desk lamp was the only thing else plugged in. It also tripped the TV which was not plugged in. Now in this new room the wall socket won't charge devices but the opposite wall socket will. Recommendation: There is a trash bin at the end of the hallway only on the first floor. Put them on all the floors. This will possibly help alleviate having to leave trash outside the door in the hallway or piled up near the trash can by the elevator.

Great stay, however, not my cup of tea. Had to be polite, this hotel is catered to the business travelers not leisure. Didn’t receive any type of acknowledgement of my IHG rewards status and denied having any policy on late check out. The bathroom did smell bad and room had a motion sensor air conditioning which is another thing I didn’t like.

It had its little problems. (I only got like, lukewarm water for a good 20 minutes before it got HOT water in my shower on the 3rd floor facing the highway might need to let your shower run for a bit) But other than that. Staff was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful. I spent A LOT of time studying in the lobby with my group. So I got very well acquainted with the staff. Lots of free coffee (which was SO good) and anytime said coffee machine broke or needed stuff they were quick to fix it and restock stuff. That was a LIFELINE to me and many I was taking my course with. It was only 2 minutes from bakers (time including the light). So that was really nice. 30 minutes for O&P DME. Ammentaties were GREAT didnt have time to actually try out the pool. But having a full sized fridge with a freezer, and a stove top was great. Did laundry every few days. It was awesome! I had to stay for 2 weeks so that was all essential! Pretty good stay! Good price

The rooms are a good size. Main room area along with bathroom were clean. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. I do not normally stay in extended stay hotels, but it was nice to have the option to cook in the room should you choose to do so. Room had plenty of room, full size fridge, pots, pans, and utensils provided. Staff was very friendly, welcoming. Parking is a bit tight. Construction going on across the street makes for a dusty mess. The main road has been dug up because of construction, and is gravel. No fault of the hotel, just be warned, vehicle will get extremely dusty. You will not want to sit outside until they finish. Location is great, right off the interstate. I'd stay here again when back in town.

Very nicely appointed room. Love the full kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and other appliances.

Was there one night for high school reunion. Surprised they didn't offer breakfast buffet but room had equipment to cook your own. I guess they are geared for extended stays.

We “accidentally” went to the wrong Candlewood Suites. Ended up at this one and we didn’t want to leave Jasmine checked us in and she was awesome. In fact, everyone was! Everyone was accommodating and made our stay feel like home. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Area seemed safe and it was just a great place to stay. We will definitely stay again next time we’re going to Nashville. Was only a 15-20 min drive to Nashville Speedway!

Everything was great price was great. People were great hotel was great but I got a $35 hold on my card and it’s been two weeks and still not been put back on my card. That’s my only complaint other than that nice place to stay.
